CHC62015 – Advanced Diploma Of Community Sector Management reflects the role of workers who are middle managers or managers across a range of community sector organisations. These people work independently and report to executive management, directors or boards of management. They undertake a range of functions requiring the application of knowledge and skills to achieve results in line with the organisation’s goals and strategic directions.
At this level, workers have responsibility for planning and monitoring service delivery, recruitment and performance management of other paid or unpaid workers, managing risk and contributing to continuous improvement within the scope of their specific role. This may include management of a specific program or project or broader management of a community-based organisation, early childhood education service, not-for-profit organisation or community centre.
This qualification does not require any Vocational Placement hours.

Successful completion of Australian Year 12 or Australian equivalent is mandatory.
Students must be 18 years old and above.
A minimum of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent is required.

Once the units of competency required in the training package for this qualification have been successfully completed, the student will be issued with an Advanced Diploma Of Community Sector Management (CHC62015) and an academic transcript of all completed units within 30 calendar days. Students who successfully complete individual units of competency within the qualification, but not the qualification in its entirety will be eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment. This document contains a record of all completed units and will be available to students by the end of their course.

VOCATIONAL PLACEMENT FEES
$500 – for each qualification in Individual Support, Disability Support and Community Services, unless otherwise stated. Before commencing placement, students will be required to obtain mandatory documents at their own expense. OSHC FEES
International students must have adequate health insurance while in Australia. It is a condition of your visa that you have Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the full duration of your student visa. Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) is insurance to assist international students meet the costs of medical and hospital care while in Australia.
