BSB60420 – Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.
They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.
Entry to this qualification is limited to those who:
Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions).
or
Have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.
and
Students must be 18 years old and above.
Completion of an REACH qualification does not guarantee an employment outcome.
Once the units of competency required in the training package for this qualification have been successfully completed, the student will be issued with an Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB60420) and an academic transcript of all completed units within 30 calendar days. Students who successfully complete individual units of competency within the qualification, but not the qualification in its entirety will be eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment. This document contains a record of all completed units and will be available to students by the end of their course.

VOCATIONAL PLACEMENT FEES
$500 – for each qualification in Community Services. Before commencing placement, students will be required to obtain mandatory documents at their own expense. Students will be notified of their placement via email, including when to obtain these documents, prior to commencing vocational placement.

OSHC FEES
International students must have adequate health insurance while in Australia.
